Waterworld Still in its intangible arena, the Waterworld (not the Kevin Costner film), is designed by Atkin’s Architecture Group. This magnificent design by Atkin’s Architecture Group deservedly won the first prize award last year in an international design competition. The 400-bed resort hotel features underwater public areas, guest rooms, cafes, and restaurants and sporting facilities. To be built at magnificent water filled quarry in Songjiang, China. “The major attraction is tremendous sports center for activities such as rock hiking and bungee jumping, luxurious swimming pool, which will be cantilevered over the quarry and accessed by special lifts from the water” has been included in the design.
